Q: "What happens if a dealt card is accidentally flipped over and revealed?"
A: "If it is the first card of the game, the dealer simply reshuffles and redeals.
Otherwise, if it is any other card, the dealer should continue dealing normally, and the revealed card will become the first 'burn' card, and the player should be dealt another card."
Q: "What happens if a too many cards are dealt to players?"
A: "If there is one extra card, the dealer should take that card and used as a burn card. If there is more then one extra card, the round is exempt and redealt."
Q: "What happens if too many cards are revealed on the flop (more then 3) ?"
A: "The entire flop must be redealt. The cards are shuffled into the deck and 3 new cards are revealed. The burn card remains untouched."
Q: "What happens if the flop is dealt prematurely?"
A: "The entire flop must be redealt. The cards are shuffled into the deck and 3 new cards are revealed. The burn card remains untouched."
Q: "What happens if the 4th communal card (turn) prematurely?"
A: "The card that was revealed before betting is complete should be removed from this round completely. When betting is complete the dealer will turn the next card on the deck (what would have been the river card). Then, the dealer will put the discarded card back into the deck, reshuffled, and played out normally."
